CONFIDENTI ALITY & WHITE-LABEL POLICY

Your footage, your clients, and your brand are yours. This policy explains, in plain language, how Cutnik protects them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1. White-label by default

• We never add a Cutnik watermark, logo, or credit to your films.

• Every deliverable goes out under your brand.

• We do not contact your clients or the couples in the footage. You remain the single point of contact.

2. No public reuse without permission

We will not display your footage, finished films, or your studio’s name in our portfolio, on social media, or anywhere public without your written permission.

If you grant permission, you can withdraw it later for future use.

3. NDA available

We are happy to sign your NDA or provide a simple mutual NDA before you share footage. Just ask before your first project.

4. Secure handling

• Footage is transferred through secure links, such as Google Drive or another tool agreed for your project. We send an upload link only after a project is confirmed.

• Access to your files is limited to the people working on your project.

• We use reasonable safeguards to protect files while they are with us. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim to be 100% secure, but we handle your material carefully and act quickly if an issue arises.

5. Footage retention and deletion

• We keep your footage and project files only for the agreed project period, typically 30 days after final delivery, and then delete them.

• You are responsible for keeping your own master backup. We are not an archival or backup service.

6. Confidential information

Any non-public information either party shares, including footage, pricing, project details, and business information, is treated as confidential and used only as needed to deliver the project.
