Payment Terms
These Payment Terms apply to all Cutnik editing projects and form part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Currency
All prices and invoices are in US Dollars (USD) unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Accepted payment methods
We accept PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, and bank transfer.
Any transaction, transfer, or currency conversion fees charged by the payment provider or your bank are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Deposit and balance
A deposit, as stated in your quote, is required before a project begins. The turnaround period starts once we have your complete footage, project brief, and deposit.
The remaining balance is due on completion, before or upon final delivery, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing.
We may hold delivery of final files until payment has been received in full.
4. Prices and quotes
“Starting from” prices shown on our website or Pricing page are indicative only.
Your final price is confirmed in a written quote based on factors including footage volume, runtime, deliverables, and project scope.
Work outside the agreed scope and rush requests will be quoted separately.
5. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or levies that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Cutnik is not currently registered for GST in India and therefore does not currently charge GST on its invoices.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, withholding requirements, or similar obligations that may apply in your own jurisdiction.
If our tax or GST registration status changes, applicable taxes may be reflected on future invoices.
6. Late or failed payment
If a payment or outstanding balance becomes overdue, we may pause work and/or withhold delivery of final files until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.
We do not currently charge a separate late payment fee or interest.
Repeated or unresolved non-payment may result in termination of the engagement in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
7. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
