REFUND & CANCELLAT ION POLICY
We want you to be confident when you book. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms.
1. Deposits
The deposit reserves your slot and covers the setup and initial work on your project.
Deposits are non-refundable once we have begun work, because your capacity has been reserved and editing time committed.
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit will be refunded, minus any non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees.
2. Cancellation by you
Before work begins: Your deposit is refundable, minus any non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees.
After work begins: The deposit is non-refundable, and any completed work up to the cancellation point is payable.
If you have already paid in full, we will refund the portion representing work not yet started, based on our reasonable assessment of the work completed.
3. Cancellation by us
If we are unable to complete your project, for example due to capacity or unforeseen circumstances, and no acceptable solution can be agreed, we will refund any amounts paid for work not yet delivered.
4. Revisions vs refunds
Our process includes the revision rounds stated in your quote, typically 2–3, so we can get the edit right.
We ask you to use your included revision rounds to resolve concerns rather than request a refund for a completed edit.
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after final files have been delivered and accepted.
5. Quality concerns
If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, please tell us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your concerns and work with you to correct the edit within the original agreed scope.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in USD, minus any non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days.
